Terms and Conditions


£4.99    UK delivery is usually dispatched by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or My Hermes,  and may require a signature for all UK Mainland and postal addresses.

We aim to process all orders within 2 to 3 working days.  MyHermes or Royal Mail will usually delivery your order within 3-5 working days of order dispatch. 

However, due to the nature of our business, we may be away at shows or craft fairs.  In the unlikely event of any delay in processing your order we will endeavour to contact you to advise you accordingly.

For overseas delivery outside of the UK, please contact our office, as orders may incur a handling charge in addition to the usual postage.


We hope you love your Amara Soaps & Natural Skincare products.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days receiving your product(s).  Products may be returned to us at your cost and an exchange or refund will be provided.

Simply post the item(s) you wish to return, including your name, address and product details together with the reason for return, advising if you require a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of your returned goods, any sum debited to Amara Soaps & Natural Skincare from your PayPal account will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days or your order.

Responsibility and costs for returning goods is borne by the customer.  Amara Soaps & Natural Skincare is not responsible for goods lost by Royal Mail or any other Courier in transit.  We recommend sending goods insured to their full value and sent via registered post, ensuring you retain proof of postage.  Amara Soaps & Natural Skincare cannot issue refunds or compensation when items returned to us by you have gone missing in the post.
